Terms of Use — Digisac Connector
1. Service
Digisac Connector, by Dohko Technology, is a Bitrix24 application that adds to CRM automation rules the sending of approved WhatsApp official API templates through the customer's DigiSAC account, and shows sends and statistics on a dashboard.
2. Activation and license
Use depends on activation by Dohko. The license is valid for the period set in the contract. Expired or paused licenses stop use until renewal; registered data is kept.
3. Access
The deal tab is available to whoever can open the deal in Bitrix24. The dashboard is restricted to Bitrix24 administrators and the people they choose; settings, to administrators.
4. Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the DigiSAC account and the token provided, for the templates and their content (approved by Meta), for the automation rules they create, for recipients' consent and for message costs charged by DigiSAC or Meta. The application sends what the rule asks, to the valid phone found in the card.
